SHIPPING

Crafty Working Mama is located in Maryland. All orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days and are shipped through DHL, USPS mail or UPS. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Standard Tracked shipping is used unless otherwise stated at checkout. This can take between 2-8 business days (not including weekends and public holidays). A shipping confirmation email will be sent along with a tracking number once dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Economy Air shipping is used unless otherwise stated at checkout. This can take between 10-25 business days (not including weekends or public holidays). A shipping confirmation email will be sent once dispatched and a tracking number will be provided if relevant shipping method is selected at checkout.

Due to Covid-19 and overseas disruptions, deliveries may take longer than usual. Our delivery times are estimates only; once packings have been dispatched to our shipping provider, any delays incurred here after are out of our control. Delivery times are from the date shipped and do not include weekends or public holidays. To track your delivery, we recommend selecting Standard Tracking to receive a tracking number. Overseas order may incur customs or additional fees; Crafty Working Mama is not liable for these fees and must be paid on collection by the customer.
